PORRS 2011 Opener at the A1 Ring

Mark Urban sets fast Q time with a 1:18.505 but he was going to have company as Terry 1:19.500, Rick Rey 1:19.511, Sandy 1:19.799, and Rob 1:19.989 were all in the sub 20's. Scott Leon was fast man in P2 with a 1:22.184 followed by Scott Richards 1:22.257 and Dale Smith 1:22.701. Good Job Guys. Congrats the the winners of Rick Rey and Scott Richards.

The 2010 Season

Now that was a fast 1.5 hours

The Teams frantically scattered all day trying to figure out whether to stay with the tried and tested pre SP1 cars or go with the new SP1 cars as Mark Urban stated, rendered all others useless. Well that statement rang true as 90% of P1 went with the new rides and about 50% of the P2 class. We had 4 leaders of the event and varied pit strategies. From 1 - 3 stops. The early race battle was being had by Scott Richards and Sandy Robinson. Terry Vreeland lost contact with the front group with a bad start and ended up mid pack by turn one
