Currently 2nd in the LMP-1 class and second in the Overall Standings

The PORRS crew had some questions for the Bowler Extrodinaire.

PORRS: Besides Sim Racing what do you do to unwind?

Tom: I like to Bowl. I'm currently carrying a 210 average and I play golf.

PORRS: 210...I'd say that's a little more than liking the sport...lol.

PORRS: What is your current profession?

Tom: Retired from the Postal Service in 2000 and currently work part time in a Bowling Pro Shop.

PORRS: Sounds like a kid in the Candy Shop. And what else are Bowling Alleys good for....Patty Melts and a four letter beverage...lol.

PORRS: What got you interested in Sim Racing?

Tom: As soon as we got a computer and I saw the Papyrus Nascar game it was over for me. Been at it ever since.

PORRS: Yeah I bet a lot of us can trace this addiction.....uhh sport back to Papy.

PORRS: Do you like watching real racing?

Tom: Oh Yes

PORRS: What form of racing do you like best?

Tom: Nascar, Grand Am, ALMS, Aussie Supercars and F1

PORRS: Who is your favorite driver(s)?

Tom: My all time favorite is Davey Allison. Today I like all of them.....but during a race I only root for Ford Drivers....Imagine that!

PORRS: Yeah....That's right FordDude....lol.

PORRS: Have you ever been to a racing event?

Tom: Yes.....NASCAR races at Daytona, Atlanta, Charlotte, Darlington, Rockingham and Indy. Grand AM at Daytona

PORRS: Hmmmm, I see we are going to need another interview to talk about these Nascar Venues :)

PORRS: What other leagues do you compete in?

Tom: TPTCC and an occasional NAWSCAR event.

PORRS: Who is your favorite Race Announcer  / Team

Tom: Dale Jarrett and the Fox Team

PORRS: What is your Favorite type of music?

Tom: Classic Rock, Southern Rock, Country Rock and some Folk Music

PORRS: What is your favorite band(s)

Tom: There are many. Fleetwood Mac, Jefferson Airplane/Starship/whatever, Lynard Skynard, Miranda Lambert, Gretchen Wilson.....on and on.

PORRS: That's a pretty good mix. Gretchen is a kick. I'm a little partial to Joe Diffy myself...Something about my Give being busted...lol.

PORRS: Where is your favorite place to eat.

Tom: Two Local restaurants, Pagano's and La Fiesta

PORRS: What is your favorite food?

Tom: Italian and Mexican

PORRS: What is your favorite adult beverage?

Tom: Beer!.....It's just not for breakfast anymore....and it goes with everything
